Pets can stay in “Kraljevi Čardaci” if the guest announces this type of stay in advance when making a reservation.
A pet staying at the hotel must be microchipped and regularly vaccinated /passport for inspection/.
Pets (dogs and cats) up to 8 kg are allowed. weight and one pet per accommodation unit. Other animals are on request.
An additional charge for the stay of a pet is 2,500 dinars per day.
During the daily cleaning of the accommodation unit, it is necessary for the pet to be with the owner (outside the room) or in its pet box in the room.
Movement of the pet without a leash is possible only within the accommodation unit.
Pets are not allowed in restaurants and lobby bars, Spa&Wellness center, children’s playroom and fitness center. Pets can stay on the hotel’s terrace accompanied by their owners.
The owner of the pet is responsible for cleaning and hygiene in the accommodation unit, but also within the complex, i.e. on all public areas.
In case the pet causes damage, the owner of the pet is obliged to compensate it.
The hotel does not provide protective baskets, leashes or other accessories for pets. The hotel offers the possibility of buying accessories and food on site.
If the presence of a pet disturbs the household order, “Kraljevi Čardac” reserves the right to remove the guest and the pet if necessary.
