Terms of use and privacy policy

1. Basic data:

2. Declaration of conversion:

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through the conversion to that currency at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Conditions for canceling arrangements and changing dates:

To confirm the reservation, a payment in the amount of 30% of the total price of the arrangement is required. The guest shall pay the rest of the amount 20 days before the reservation realization date. In case of non-compliance with the deadline, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The guest shall inform the hotelier in writing about canceling or changing the date of the arrangement. Depending on the terms of cancellation of the arrangement, the following percentages of the total price are retained:

• 30% if the reservation is canceled 19 to 11 days before the start of the arrangement
• 100% if the reservation is canceled 10 or less days before the start of the arrangement or during the provision of the service, as well as in case of no-show of guests.
• if the guest leaves the hotel before the reserved check-out date, Kraljevi Čardaci SPA reserves the right to funds for the unused part of the stay
• Date changes can only be made with the consent of the hotelier. The hotel does not consider adverse weather conditions as a valid reason for the cancellation of the reservation or premature departure from the hotel.

5. User privacy protection:

On behalf of “Prvako Engineering” d.o.o. for “Kraljevi Čardaci”, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need the data to perform their work. All employees of “Prvako Engineering” d.o.o. for “Kraljevi Čardaci” (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

6. Protection of confidential transaction data:

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, so the entire payment process is carried out in a secure environment. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

7. Refund:

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, “Prvako Engineering” d.o.o. for “Kraljevi Čardaci” shall make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment method, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder’s account at the seller’s request.

8. VAT statement:

VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs.

9. Payment methods:

To confirm the reservation, a payment of 30% of the total price of the arrangement is required. The guest shall the rest of the amount of the arrangement up to 3 days before the arrival at the hotel.

Online payment:

There is a possibility of payment by payment cards on our website.

Offline payment:

The arrangement can be paid in 5 monthly installments by check, according to the following conditions: the first installment in the amount of at least 30% of the total value of the arrangement represents the reservation confirmation. The second and third installments must be paid before the start of the arrangement. For the fourth and fifth installments, checks must be deposited at the hotel reception before the start of the arrangement.

In cooperation with NLB Komercijalna banka, we offer our guests another incentive – payment of arrangements in installments. Payment by installments is a benefit that refers to interest-free sales for up to a maximum of 6 monthly installments for NLB Komercijalna banka credit cards users. For the card user, this transaction (purchases in installments) is interest-free, the guest pays the entire amount in advance in installments and realizes his stay in Kraljevi Čardaci according to his wishes with a mandatory reservation.

An additional convenience for our guests is the acceptance of payment cards for the card not present option (without the physical presence of the card). Payment can be made through a POS terminal without the presence of a card, with instructions on our part.

Payment is available at the reception with payment cards and cash for Walk-in guests and for all non-boarding services.
