Prices are in Serbian dinars per apartment per night. Payment must be settled in dinars due to the exchange rate on the day of disbursement of the entire lease.

  • The price includes:

    • Rental of the chosen apartment
    • Final cleaning, electricity, water, heating, bed linen and towels
    • Transportation to the center and back according to the established timetable
    • Cleaning and changing of towels during the stay is done at the guest’s request with an additional charge
    • 15% discount on the entrance ticket for the use of the SPA&WELNESS center, which includes indoor and outdoor pool, indoor kids pool with waterslides, jacuzzi, finnish and bio saunas, aroma-steam bath, salt chamber, kneipp pool and tepidarium benches
    • Children above 15 are allowed in the adult zone
    • Relaxation treatments, body treatments and massages are additionally reserved and paid
    • All guest of the SPA&WELLNESS center are provided with a towel, a robe, a pashtamal and a pair of slippers
    • Baby bed on demand
    • Free wi-fi in the whole complex
    • Free parking spaces are limited. The prices for parking spots are following: 600rsd and 800rsd for open parking spaces; 1300rsd for agarage spot. The prices are per day per car. The price does not include overstay tax and insurance. Overstay tax in the amount of 120,00 dinars per person per night for adults, and 60,00 dinars per person per night for children ages 7 – 15 years per night. Children under 7 do not pay overstay tax. Insurance 20,00 din per person per night and the same price is for children.

  • PAYMENT TERMS, CANCELLATION POLICY AND PERIOD CHANGE:

    • To confirm the reservation a payment of 30% of the proforma invoice is necessary. The rest is required to be paid 20 days before check-in. In case of non-compliance with the deadline, the hotel has a right to cancel the reservation.
    • Guest is obliged to inform the hotel in writing in case of cancellation or period change.

    Depending on the deadlines, the hotel reserves the right to retain the following percentage:
    – 30% when the reservation is cancelled 19 to 11 days before check-in
    – 100% when the reservation is cancelled 10 or less days before check-in or during the stay, as well as for no-show
    – If the guest leaves before the reserved check-out day, the hotel has the right to retain the ammount paid for the unused part of the arrangement
    All changes of the reserved period have to be approved by the hotelier. The hotel does not take into consideration the adverse weather as a valid reason for cancellation or premature departure from the hotel.
