Prices are in euros per person per night. Payment must be settled in dinars due to the exchange rate on the day of disbursement of the entire lease.

These packages refer only to the seven days arrangements, from Sunday to Sunday:

Kids’ week

– Free accommodation for two children accompanied by two adults, on a separate bed:
Child aged 0 – 15 in the room 1/2+1 (price for adults from the column room)
Child aged 0 – 15 in the Suite (price for adults from the column Suite)
– 30% discount on the rental price of ski equipment for children
– 30% discount for ski school for children (it refers only to group classes)
Week with Ski pass

– FREE SKI PASS for adults for 6 days
– 30% discount on the rental price of ski equipment for adults (action refers exclusively to the rental of complete equipment)
The price includes
- The service is on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner) – buffet-style
(In the case that in the hotel stays less than 30 guests, board meals are served as set menu with the several choices)
- Unlimited use of Spa & Wellness center which occupies 1500m² (there is a direct passage way between the hotel and the Spa) and includes:

Float Spa Capsule, relaxation treatments, body treatments and massages are reserved separately and aid additionally. All the guests in Spa & Wellness center get a bathrobe, a pashtamal, a towel and a pair of slippers.

Hotel Kraljevi Čardaci Spa has won prestigious award for the best 4star hotel in Balkan in 2018. The award was declared by Balkan Alliance of Hotel Associations (BAHA).

Kraljevi Čardaci Spa won prestigious award – Best of Serbia 2019 award in the hotel category. The award was given by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Tourism, Trade and Telecommunications.
The price does not include (obligatory payment on the spot)
- Overstay tax in the amount of 120,00 dinars per person per night for adults, and 60,00 dinars per person for children ages 7 – 15 years per night. Children under 7 do not pay over stay tax.
- Insurance 20,00 din per person per night and the same price is for children.

Hotel terms
- Daily rates for a stay shorter than 7 nights increase by 20%
- Child 0-7 years accompanied by two adults in the same bed in room 1/2 FREE of charge
- Child 0-15 years accompanied by one adult in 1/2 room – 50% discount
- Child 0-15 years accompanied by two adults in separate bed in room 1/2+1 – 50% discount, second child 0-7 years in the same bed – FREE of charge
- Children 0-15 years accompanied by two adults in separate bed in suites – 50% discount
- The third adult in the room 1/2+1 – 30% discount
- The fourth adult in the suite 1/2+2 – 70% discount
- The fourth and the fifth adult in the suite 1/2+3 – 50% discount
- The fifth and the sixth adult in the suite 1/2+4 – 50% discount
Payment terms
To confirm a reservation is necessary to pay in advance 30% of the amount by pro forma, and the rest should be paid at least 3 days before arrival in hotel.

Arrangement can be settled in 5 equal monthly installments:
- The first installment is reservation – 30% of arrangement price should be paid
- The second and the third installment should be paid before the arrangement starts
- For the fourth and the fifth installment checks should be deposited on the reception desk before the arrangement starts
Cancelation and changes
The customer is obliged to inform hoteliers in writing form about cancellation or changing the terms. Depending on the deadlines the following percentages of the total cost are retained:

up to 30 days – free of charge,

29 to 15 days – 30%,

14 – 8 days – 60%,

7 – 3 days – 80%,

3 – 0 day – 100%,

In the case of early departure, hotelier has no obligation to refund.

After the booking, changes of the terms can be done only with the permission of hoteliers.

Hotel does not take into consideration the adverse weather conditions as a valid reason for cancellations or premature departure from the hotel.
